From the olive grove to your table

Our process begins with the manual harvesting of olives at their perfect point of ripeness.
In less than 6 hours they are cold-pressed to preserve their antioxidants and natural aromas intact.

Each batch is carefully filtered and bottled in dark glass, ensuring that the authentic flavor of the oil arrives fresh and pure to your table.
