Shipping policy

1. Processing times

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation by email.
You will receive an additional notification when your order has been shipped.

In the event of a high volume of orders, shipping may experience slight delays. We ask for your patience and that you allow additional transit time for delivery.


2. Estimated shipping costs and times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery time: 3-5 business days.

Price: FREE

  • REST OF THE IBERIAN PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS (SEE TABLE BELOW).

Delivery time: 3-5 business days in mainland Spain, 7-8 business days in the Balearic Islands

Shipping is free on all orders over 100 euros.

3. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You will be able to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 days , please contact us at admin@grupocabiol.com


4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Spain (only to the Iberian Peninsula)
We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).


5. Customs, tariffs and taxes

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT) that apply once the package arrives in your destination country.
Cabioli is not responsible for these charges; the customer is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.


6. Lost, damaged or stolen orders

Cabioli is not responsible for products lost, damaged or stolen during shipping.
If you receive your order in poor condition, please contact the carrier directly or our support team to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and the damaged product before starting the process.
